Environmental benefits of

BiobiN®

Composting organic/wet waste into a valuable product, diverts green waste from landfill, reduces transport costs and greenhouse gas emissions.

In landfill, organic material breaks down to produce methane, a greenhouse gas 22 times more potent than carbon dioxide. Methane is released into the atmosphere from landfill sites.

Alternatively, if your organic material is processed into compost and then put to work in the soil, it can trap carbon dioxide, add carbon to your soil, add nutrients and provide food for plants.

Building soil health with

BiobiN®

Following the milling and blending process of collected organic materials from BiobiN®, the material is processed per the guidelines set out in the “Best practice guide to composting”.

Compost is a valuable landscape and agricultural product – replacing organic carbon, adding nutrients, buidling soil health and biological activity in agricultural soils can potentially replace fertiliser applications and help build resilience in plants against pests and pathogens.
